Second Time Lucky Kindle ê Second Time PDF/EPUB ²

Second Time Lucky Not a bad read I was completely nerved up by the up quitting ones job gig the three girls pulled I really enjoyed Mia David s time spent in Hawaii, but I was nerved up by the three friends going every which way once they got there, did they even share one meal together I don t think so After seeing all the subpar reviews I wasn t expecting much from the book but it wasn t bad, I enjoyed it often than not. Mia Butterfield has just walked away from the lawyer life Nolate nights, nodull contracts And nosuperhot in his legal briefs boss, David Pearson But before she starts her new business with her friends, they decide to revisit Hawaii for a Spring Break.and all the sensual indulgences that come with it.Only Mia never dreams just how hot it ll get under the Hawaiian sunDavid has followed her to the islands, and their serious lawyer sides appear to have gotten lostalong with most of their clothes But even with a hot, delicious David at her side, Mia can t help wondering how long will her lucky streak last Again, started the second book then about four chapters into it, I started this one I think I liked this one better overall than the second one mainly because the story was believable, the characters well defined, the plot line developed I don t know how to explain it.Then again, maybe my inner Puritan was too rattled by the whole idea of a FaceBook hook up some six years later to really enjoy the second book. No, I think it was the story itself Ok Enough of thatback to this book.I liked the hero even if he was a big do do bird and a bit slow in getting things moving, but as the old saying goesuhI know there it said something about not knowing what you have until it s gone Yea, something like that. This was fun but like most Harlequin books its just fluff and fun and easy Mia s story was good but not as good as her friend s the companion or other book. Just couldn t connect with this story, I was completely bored Seemed like just sex between the H h, rather than any real emotional ties The Romance just wasn t there for me contenuto nella raccolta calde notti hawaiane Miniseries Spring Break Mia has just decided to change her life She quit her job in a law firm, and decided to open a company with her 2 best friends And as an icing on the cake thy left on a vacation to Hawaii, the place of an unforgettable spring break It would ve been even better if she could forget about her sexy boss, David, a man she had a crush on for quite some time She resigned herself to never being with him, when she sees him at the hotel she s staying at.David is desperate The family company is in big trouble and he needs Mia to come back so that it can be saved But, he s also attracted to Mia, and if she comes back then they couldn t be together He has a choice to make. The book was ok, nothing special Their problems could ve been solved much easier if they just talked to each other And David, what did he expect that Mia will just come back to work and never doubt his word that their relationship has nothing to do with it Mia wasn t much better, she annoyed me a lot I understand her initial reaction, but later on it became quite obvious that David has feelings for her.And the identity of the mysterious client that demanded Mia was quite obvious to me.I m curious about what happened to Mia s friend and her boyfriend, though Their book is Delicious Do Over.Rating 2.5 stars What happens when high powered lawyers need a break They try and recapture their youthful sins in paradise Only, it often does not work out the way you expect or plan Throw in that one is fed up with long hours and quit, and the other is the heir apparent of said law firm, and you have yourself a real muddle And there s still The plots are coming in thick and fast, together with well meant intrigues and intentions, and you come out with Debbi Rawlins Second Time Lucky And, yes, the title throws in yet another little side story to be dealt with.Since there are three friends involved and storylines often go in threes my guess is that this novel is the first in three, involving said friends tales This one is a happy go lucky event with a number of twists, covering the theme of do the right thing, no matter what and hope for the best Thankfully, fate intervenes and people finally start communicating so that misunderstandings can be dealt with and sorted.
