This was my first book of Lynsay Sands and I didn't realize it was #31 in the series. The good news is, I don't think it mattered. I was not lost at all and had no idea it wasn't a standalone. Anyone can pick this book up and read it.

Overall, this was a pretty entertaining read. I enjoyed the main characters, especially Angel. I liked how she couldn'

Ahhhh...the Argeneau world is like coming back to an old friend. I can’t even remember how long I have been reading Lyndsay Sands books, but they sure do make for a fun and romantic escape. Well, at least while the couple’s story is being told. I guess some of the storylines have some bloody scenes. 😂 I do love that Sands gives her characters equal opportunity.
